In the first year of a new company there are many “first” events: first outgoing invoice (done that), first presence on a national event (AMS event on Sustainable HR), first international conference (HR Tech in London).

Today is such a first. My first time public speaking as ihop. Rather exciting.

ihop, Orbit One and Eff3ct have set up an event about the New World Of Work (het nieuwe werken), I will cover the behavioral aspects: what this new work style entails for the employees, the managers and especially for the HR department.

Note: there are still some free seats, so if you are free this evening between 6 and 8 PM (ECT), you can still join us in this Dutch (!) event in Gent or online.

Next editions are Wednesday next week in Aartselaar, and July 2nd in Brussels (Zaventem).
